First, confirm pricing and availability via email to info@clearline-tech.com This way you can find out about any discounts as well as bundle discounts if you are ordering more than one part. Usually products are in stock and ship from inventory. This is also an opportunity to check shipping costs as the carriers change their pricing from time to time. You will receive a prompt reply with the total amount and payment information.

Then pay via PayPal or credit card. The reply will give you the PayPal account to send your payment to. If you would rather pay via credit card, please mention that, and we will be happy to email you an invoice form which will enable on-line payment via credit card.

Shipping

Shipping within the USA is through USPS First Class Package Service whenever possible as that is the least expensive. For international shipments, we use First Class Package International Service.


Ordering F.A.Q.
How long until I receive my order?
We keep stock on hand and can usually ship in one business day. For domestic USA addresses, you should receive your package in 3-4 days. International shipping can depend on customs, but our international customers usually receive their packages in 5-7 business days.

Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes. We can email you an invoice with a payment form link for your Visa or Mastercard.

What about after-sale support?
We are available via email for questions and sometimes advice, before and after the sale. We realize installing replacement parts is not trivial and not everyone is an expert.
